Hacienda Victoria is a Swiss corporation registered in Belize and owns the park-like property located on the outskirts of the village. It is excellently developed and covers about 150’000 square meters with sea access to the bay of Chetumal. The well-kept tree population, natural swimming pond, intact primeval forest and the extensive park area create a unique ambience at the Hacienda, which we will preserve and make accessible to interested people.
We will sustainably develop the exciting Hacienda Victoria in Sarteneja, which is surrounded by national protected areas. Fairtrade, ecology, sustainability and autonomy will play a central role. Naturally, we will rely on rainwater harvesting, solar and possibly wind energy, and strive for active wastewater management.
Sarteneja will offer added value and become an exemplary showcase project. We create sustainable vacation, residential and investment opportunities for different target groups.
